Your child’s schedule for the following week must be turned in to the center by Thursday mornings. This is to ensure we provide adequate supervision and staffing for your child. If you have a schedule that will be consistent, you can inform the center that your schedule will stay the same. |

*Fill out the registration packet and return it to the center. *Provide us a copy of a recent physical, shot record, and your child’s state certified birth certificate. *Pay the registration fee. *Meet with the director and tour the center! |

From Moundsville: Follow Rt. 2. North to Glen Dale, WV. You will pass Reynolds Memorial Hospital on the Right and come to a red light. Turn right at the light. We are connected to the church on the right. From Wheeling: Follow Rt. 2 South to Glen Dale. At the first red light, make a left. We are connected to the church. |

We require pre-pay for all children. You may choose to pay weekly or monthly. If you do not pre-pay, your child will not be permitted to attend. |
