Our staff consists of three certified teachers, a certified infant caregiver, a pediatric registered nurse,  and over 80 years of combined experience!

 

All of our staff members are required to be certified in Infant and Child CPR and First Aid, Medication Administration, and Child Abuse and Neglect.

 

To be considered for employment at Glen Dale Child Development Center, prospective staff are required to submit a background check, two references, a recent physical, TB test, and Food Handlers card.

 

Staff are required to attend monthly professional development training, with recent training on Creative Curriculum, and Infant Development.

 

In addition to training already in place, our Infant and Waddler staff are undergoing continued intensive training to all become certified Infant caregivers.
